Free 15 minute Intake (phone call)

Your first appointment includes a thorough intake and your first treatment, all within 90 minutes. We'll take the time to discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals before beginning treatment. This allows me to develop a tailored treatment plan and ensures you leave having already experienced acupuncture. Please allow the full 90 minutes and avoid scheduling anything immediately after. Please complete and sign your Intake form before the appointment.

Initial Appointment

A short follow-up session suited for paediatric patients and auriculotherapy. Not recommended as a standard follow-up for adult patients — please book the 60 or 90 minute session for general acupuncture care.

Mini Session

Your standard follow-up session. Includes acupuncture and integrative bodywork — cupping, gua sha, or moxibustion may be incorporated as clinically indicated.

Standard Session

An extended session for anyone who wants more time, more comprehensive treatment, or simply a more restorative experience. Includes acupuncture, tui na zen massage, and more extensive bodywork — allowing time for additional modalities such as cupping, gua sha, or moxibustion that we may not be able to get to in a standard session. A good choice for complex or long-standing conditions, stress and nervous system support, pregnancy care, postpartum recovery, or whenever you feel you need a little more.

Extended Session

A focused Dolphin Neurostim session targeting a specific area — ideal for C-section and surgical scar release, trigger points, or localised nerve pain. Dolphin Neurostim is a specialised microcurrent therapy that works directly on scar tissue, fascial adhesions, and nerve pathways to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore sensation.

Annette is the only certified Dolphin Neurostim practitioner in Europe.

Dolphin Neurostim MPS Scar Release Therapy (smaller area)

A comprehensive Dolphin Neurostim session combining microcurrent scar and nerve work with acupuncture for a more complete treatment. Particularly effective for C-section scar release, pelvic floor recovery, post-surgical adhesions, and chronic nerve or fascial pain. Allows time to work across multiple areas or to integrate Neurostim within a broader treatment plan.

Annette is the only certified Dolphin Neurostim practitioner in Europe.

Dolphin Neurostim Scar Release Therapy (larger area/extended time)

I now offer in-home acupuncture sessions delivered by electric scooter — quiet, sustainable, and accessible. Perfect for new mothers, those recovering from surgery, or anyone who prefers the comfort of home.

Mobile Service with Dolphin Neurostim

This one-on-one telehealth session is designed to support your health and wellbeing using the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), without the need for in-person treatment.
